BOFAGS

Bofags, born as Suparyanto Gatot Supardi, is a contemporary artist from Yogyakarta with a background in Mechanical Engineering from STTNAS Yogyakarta. Although he began his career in engineering, he later deepened his involvement in the arts after joining the band Seek Six Sick, where he met fellow musicians who studied at ISI Yogyakarta. This experience led Bofags to explore visual arts more profoundly, particularly in painting and illustration.

His works often reflect social observations, human experiences, and criticism of societal realities, delivered with a strong and distinctive narrative touch. With his unique background in music and engineering, Bofags’ artistic approach tends to be experimental and deeply meaningful.
